Each individual is entitled to hold exactly one (1) Account. Registration of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details, via different devices, IP addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes Prohibited Activity under Clause 9.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification: Before olx178 processes your first withdrawal, you will be required to complete identity verification. KYC documentation requirements include:

• Technical errors, software bugs, or data transmission failures beyond olx178's reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

• Force majeure events including natural disasters, governmental action, network infrastructure failures, and pandemics.

In all circumstances, olx178's maximum aggregate liability to any individual player arising from or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits olx178's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

olx178 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
